1. REGISTRATION/ RESIDENT’S STATUS

1.1. Why should I enter my business address?

Your business address is essential to assign you the status of Olivia’s Employee. Thereby, you will gain access to many unique services rendered by Olivia Business Centre (e.g. you will generate a free ticket to Olivia Garden).

1.2. I have not received a registration e-mail, what shall I do?

Check your SPAM first. It happens that such e-mails (registration, order, or purchase confirmation) appear in this folder. If you still do not have an e-mail from the sender: "My Olivia -→ app@oliviacentre.com", please contact us at aplikacja@oliviacentre.com. You can also use a form on our Employee’s login page (“Contact us” option in your panel). Remember to use your business address/address under business domain while registering. The system will automatically classify you as an “Olivia’s employee” and will assign you the status of a Resident that will soon entitle you to many discounts on services in Olivia and guarantee an access to unique events or free entrance to Olivia Garden.

1.3. I am Olivia’s resident, but I do not have a business address, how can I visit the garden?

Contact us at aplikacja@oliviacentre.com or by using Contact option in your application panel.

1.4. I try to activate the account - but get the message, that "this email is already registered". I don’t remember to create an account in My Olivia. What should I do?

The best approach is to click "I don’t remember my password" option and set a new password.

2. GARDEN

2.1. Although I have the status of a resident, I still cannot generate a ticket, what shall I do?

2.2. Can I be in the garden longer than indicated on my ticket?

We care about your safety, that is why we have limited the number of Guests in our Garden. We assume that a full hour will be enough to enjoy the place. But we don’t want to generate stress and pressure, so we do not plan to remove guests from the Garden :)

2.3. Can I change the date of my visit to the garden?

Of course. If you have a Resident Ticket - please cancel your ticket and generate a new one for a new day and time. If you had bought the tickets for your friends and family - please visit Rules of Sales of Olivia Garden tickets or use the contact email: garden@oliviastar.pl

2.4. Can I plan my visit for longer than one hour?

We care about your safety, that is why we have limited the number of Guests in our Garden. We assume that a full hour will be enough to enjoy the place. But we don’t want to generate stress and pressure, so we do not plan to remove guests from the Garden :)

2.5. Can I leave the garden and enter it once again with one ticket?

Yes – during one hour after your ENTRANCE to the garden you can leave it and enter it without any limits. This is particularly useful, if you have to go to the toilet that is situated at -1 level of Olivia Garden.

2.6. What are the opening hours of Olivia Garden?

  • Mon – Fri 9 am – 9 pm

  • Sat 11 am – 11 pm

  • Sun 11 am – 8 pm

2.7. Can I take photos in Olivia Garden?

Yes, feel free to do so!

2.8. Is there Wi-Fi in Olivia Garden?

Yes. Olivia Garden’s staff will provide you with all information needed if you want to use the Internet.

2.10. What is the temperature in Olivia Garden?

The temperature is maintained at 22-26 degrees Celsius. The air is exchanged twice per hour.

2.11. How does the app ticket work? Do I have to visit reception/ box office to exchange it to printed version, if I buy it in app?

Olivia Garden ticket is an QR code, that needs to be moved close (approx 15-20 cm) to the screen located by the entry gate of the Garden. You don’t have to print anything.

3. OBSERVATION DECK

3.1. Where can I buy tickets for Observation Deck?

Tickets can be purchased at Olivia Star Observation Deck reception.

People working in Olivia Business Centre (residents) can get free ticket at Olivia Star Observation Deck reception.

4. PARKING

4.1. Do I have to reserve the parking lot only in the building, where my office is located?

You can reserve the parking lot in any building - not necessarily the location of your office. If you choose other, that your office, building, we need 2 working days to program your access card, so that you can leave the parking floors.

4.2. I put the wrong car plates to the system. How can I change it?

4.3. I would like to add the new car plates to my account. How can I do it?

4.4. How can I correct invoice data input to the system?

4.5. Do I have to work in Olivia to be able to reserve the underground parking lot?

Yes, underground parking is available only for people with Resident’s status.

4.6. Does subscription extension automatically assign the car plates provided in the previous subscription?

Yes, it is being done automatically.

4.7. How can I cancel 30-days parking subscription?

It is not possible - due to parking reservations regulations fixed 30-days agreement can’t be cancelled before its termination date.

4.8. How is 30-days-period counted?

They are 30 following days from the chosen date of the start of the subscription. For example - if you choose 2nd May to be your first day of the subscription, the termination date will be on 31st May.

4.9. Error when renewing parking subscription: "User has no access card assigned"

This error means your first subscription was bought when access card number was not required. To fix this you have to save access card number in app at Profile→My data→My access card

5. BICYCLE LOCKERS

5.1. Do I have to reserve a bicycle locker only in the building, where my office is located?

You can reserve the bicycle locker in any building - not necessarily the location of your office.

5.2. Can my locker be paid by my company?

Payments in MY OLIVIA app are being processed via PayU. So anyone can pay for the locker, who will provide payment details (bank transfer, credit card, blik) in the last step of the process.

5.3. Where can I get my locker keys?

Withing 2 working days we will contact you to set the details of giving you the keys and the transponder (access device to the parking lot, where your locker is located)

5.4. I do not have the access to the parking floors. How will I get to the office after using the locker?

You will be given both - locker keys and the transponder (access device to the parking lot, where your locker is located)

5.5. Can I use the lockers in low bicycle season?

Of course! We even encourage you to do so! It’s good for your health, city and the Planet!

5.6. Does bicycle locker reservation include shower access?

There are different bicycle lockers subscriptions. If you need a shower access, please use either "Locker in the locker room (with the shower)" or "Locker in the parking (with the shower)" option.

5.7. Can I reserve more than 1 locker at the same time?

No, one person can reserve one locker at the same time.

5.8. How are days limits in the subscription counted?

They are 60-,90- or 120 following days from the chosen date of the beginning of subscription. So, if you choose 90 days subscription starting from 2nd May, the termination date will be on 30th July.
